Concrete repair tubes on the shelf. I
Opend up and its turned to rubber. Live 45 min away. Looked at expiration its 5/21. And the ends show that its been in a calk gun already.
Thanks for the wasted gas and return trip.

You can't make in store purchases on appliances and take them home that day. Instead, you have to order in store and then wait a week for delivery. However, the sign says delivery in 2 days. But if you live further away you must go a week without a major appliance. Then if it snows in another state, your delivery will be late. You will receive a call saying you need to re schedule. So you call the number back and the man tells you it was a misunderstanding and your delivery will be on time. Then next day you receive a 3rd call saying your delivery will be late and you need to reschedule. Complete lack of communication on their end. I asked for my delivery fee to be waived since I'm now 8 days without a stove and the lady on the phone was rude and snapped at me saying there was nothing they could do cause it's inclement weather. That my stove would still be delivered so they can't wave the fee. Even though it will be late, even though I was told it would be on time on the phone. I will NEVER buy another appliance from Lowes. None of this would of occurred if you would just have appliances that can be bought IN STORE same day.
