This is my go to place when I need to customize a project! The staff are friendly and helpful. I especially like using the app to quickly find what I need. A quick search will provide the aisle and bay and then I can even use the app to load my rewards coupons and Lowe's card for payment.

Limited space, but manageable to maneuver. Good lighting at this location. The bathroom is available during store hours. have Hi-Visibilty vest. Pets allowed.

My oven broke the weekend before Thanksgiving and I ordered a new one from Lowe’s. When they went To deliver it today, it was broken. It’s the day before Thanksgiving and I’m not going to get my oven now until Friday. Also, they could not accommodate me with a morning or an afternoon appointment. I have to wait until tomorrow night, horrible customer service.

I have been having great luck with stores in Liberty, Mo this holiday season. The Lowe's in this location has definitely been one of the stores where an employee went above and beyond for me. The stand out star employee is Thomas. He helped me find a specific holiday lawn decoration that had been sold out in store, and was not going to get anymore in stock. It took some time, and Thomas never gave up... he got my snowman for me!! Woohoo! Aside from this day of outstanding customer service, I just want to add that I am always treated well at this Lowe's location and I am VERY thankful for that. THANKS AGAIN, THOMAS! You are super rad!
