The Lowe's in this location has definitely been one of the stores where an employee went above and beyond for me. The stand out star employee is Thomas. He helped me find a specific holiday lawn decoration that had been sold out in store, and was not going to get anymore in stock. It took some time, and Thomas never gave up... he got my snowman for me!! Woohoo! Aside from this day of outstanding customer service, I just want to add that I am always treated well at this Lowe's location and I am VERY thankful for that. THANKS AGAIN, THOMAS! You are super rad!
