Carefully planned a day to be home for an old fridge to be removed and delivery on the new one. Got coolers and ice. They came late, tried to bring a washer in instead of a fridge. Refused to take our old fridge for no apparent reason. I had spent the morning emptying the old one with my 7 month old so I was extremely displeased when they came in already not wanting to help within seconds. They were very confused on everything and it should have been pretty straightforward. Edit they left styrofoam and plastic in our yard! And the old fridge for us to figure out of course🙄 don’t suggest the delivery option. Sure we might be able to get a refund but we just needed it moved, why we paid 50 dollars for it. The guys couldn’t speak English and wouldn’t even move the fridge back for me to simply unplug the one chord. We’ve never had an ice maker.. and it was already emptied out completely. I felt they were very not understanding or helpful. I expected them to act human since they can see I was also holding my baby and trying to get our food situation sorted out while keep it preserved! We had food pulled out everywhere and they came in and asked if we ordered a washer….. yeah we’re gonna put all this food in a washing machine… so unorganized

Bought a washer and dryer 2 months ago, and the dryer doesn't work. After numerous attempts at trying to find help with zero communication, went back to Lowe's to find a solution. They don't care. Will never purchase another item here again.
