The GM is a rude and disrespectful guy named Andy! When I explained what happened he said, sorry you feel that way and hung up on me for complaining. I will never use them again and I would urge you to be cautious they are spreading diseases and bacteria in our businesses! They acknowledge that they use the same towels and water. They do not change out the dirty water. Thanks Amina
