We were so excited to fix up our little house into our dream forever home. Paint is such an important part of that process, and I trusted Lowes with my projects. When my husband returned home with our paint, he was setting the gallons down onto the floor, and one didn't sit exactly right, so it tipped over. The lid had not been properly sealed, so it popped open with ease, spilling nearly the entire gallon onto our kitchen floors, ruining them. They will have to be replaced. When I returned to the store to get a replacement, nobody took responsibility. Nobody said "sorry", it was very clear they did not care about the experience their customers had here. I recommend getting your paint literally anywhere else. There is a Lowes location in Springfield. While its quite a drive, it might be worth it to protect your home and future projects from their careless mistakes. Mistakes they will not even give you a half-assed apology for.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
