Bad service Poorly Managed store. On top of not being knowledgable in what they sell; sure maybe one person in the store can find you something simple, but good luck getting anyone to help you. They have now decided to not have anyone at the one checkout counter, and offer up one assistant for four self check outs! When I purchase a cart full of plumbing fittings or electrical where am I supposed to put it? with no conveyor I guess I'm just supposed to keep juggling everything until I make enough room in my cart for the bags? And talk about a back up if more than one person needs help checking out. Good luck talking to anyone or leaving a review; AI all around, and then the circular reasoning. Trust me just shop anywhere else you will be much happier.

Apparently they don’t price match lumber anymore after coming in for weeks and price matching lumber. Weekend staff here is very rude very unprofessional multiple people came up to us as we were waiting to get lumber loaded on the truck and said they had a rude experience with multiple different staff members same day.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
