    I keep trying to go back to Lowe’s and have a good experience. But I have no luck. I stopped by this Lowe’s and first of all their parking lot was kind of a nightmare. I had a really hard time parking just the way it was set up and I’m in a truck. Second, I went to specifically grab some shade plants for Mother’s Day gift and I asked an employee in the garden center. This was at 11:08 on Friday and she had a ponytail. I asked her for a six or eight pack of shaded plants and she kind of pointed it over there somewhere. Really? She was putting out plants and seemed to work in the department, but I don’t think she knows what plants are what because she wasn’t able to even tell me a general area just pointed her finger across ways to go over there. I don’t know about other hardware stores, but I’m gonna have to try something different than Lowe’s.

    Had a couple issues with a recent order. After a couple delays and a damaged item the staff at Lowes went above and beyond helping me get things resolved and ultimately making it right. What started out as a bad experience ended as a positive one. Thanks, Lowes Lake St. Louis.

    DO NOT buy flooring from this store because if you have a warranty claim you will be ignored. My salesperson (Rod) does not answer the phone in the flooring department. He does not respond to messages left with other associates in the flooring department. This has been going on for over THREE WEEKS. Escalation to Store Manager. Warranties are only worth it if you can use them when needed!

    My first couple experiences there were decent, but then I ordered a zline drawer microwave on two separate occasions because the first one came in damaged, the management didn’t know how to return that product. They kept sending me back to the manufacturer, and the manufacturer told me that Lowe’s has to request the return. This resulted in multiple hours spent on the phone and in the store. When my replacement came in, it was damaged more than the first one. On my second attempt I dealt with a different manager at the store, they treated me like I had no clue what I was talking about after returning the first one so I had to call the manufacturer in front of them for them to believe me. It’s been almost a week and I still haven’t been able to bring back the second microwave. Everything stayed relatively calm and I don’t usually give out negative reviews, but this was the worst experience I’ve had at a hardware store.
