    I’d give them a 0 if I could. Well organized store but for a contractor they are terrible to deal with and have zero discretion. Waited 25 minutes for them to be able to load a pallet of concrete and even though it was self admittedly inconvenient they couldn’t throw in two two dollar pieces of culled lumber. I spend approximately $1,000 a month for various odds and ends for my contracting business and try to use Lowe’s when I don’t bulk order material from a real supply house. Only using surrounding locations. If I can avoid Lake St Louis at all costs (even a time or money inconvenience) I will. Clowns.

    Beware because at this store they want you to make their work and keep your money, despite not delivering the product. I had an order delivered on Sunday and after I collected the box right after the driver left, I realized it was empty. I made a quick check around the house to make sure I did not miss anything I called this store and they passed me to fulfillment and the person on the line told me that they opened a claim. 3 days later I called again to check on the claim, and then they asked me to call the delivery company (as if this were my job) Despite how ridiculous it seems, I called the delivery company and, guess what, no one informed the delivery company that there was a claim. The lady from the delivery company, which was the only competent person I talked in 6 days, connected with Lowe's and got notified of the claim. Today, after 6 days, I called the store again to get any update as by now I have my credit card charged, no product and no response. The person on the phone had courage to tell me to say that this was not Lowe's problem but a problem of the delivery company. Well, I did order from Lowe's and I have nothing to do with the relationship between Lowe's and its contractors. After 27 minutes, I talked to someone who told me that is going to take care of my case. Surprise, surprise, she was just informed of my case today, so nothing happened over the last 6 days. I asked Lowe's either to give my money back or send another product, which is the common sense thing to do. They denied any of those solutions and told me to wait for the investigation (as if this was my problem). And we are talking about an order 34.10 USD, but Lowe's does not care about customers at all. So, now they are keeping my money unlawfully because the product was not delivered to me and I have no clue what will happen with this order. They keep blaming on the driver, which to be honest does not concern me, as I made an order from Lowe's to get a product delivered to my place. Whatever happens in between it is not my problem. Be careful with this store as they do not care about customer, they put on hold always for 20+ minutes and they have zero interest on customer concerns. If you are asking if I could just let it go as it was a 34.10 USD - order, you are right, but I cannot accept this type of attitude towards a customer. If nothing happens over the next 48 hours, this will escalate to a legal issue. And when I tried to call 1-800 it was as useless as the people at the store. Shame on Lowe's... Just adding a picture of the incredible product I received on Sunday

    Walked in today and witnessed a woman getting knocked out by a stop sign that fell on top of her. She was seriously hurt. No one came to help except me and another lady. I think this is a lawsuit. Staff needs to be more attentive and strap down flying stop signs. If the woman that got hit sees this and needs a witness reach out I will help you. I hope you are OK.
