    I'm exhausted working with the cabinet team at Lowes. I think there could be a few good people there to work with but really depends on who you get. I received bids from 5 different suppliers and Lowe's stood out as trying to make an effort to get the deal. I was leaning towards another local supplier / cabinet line but Lowes said they would have the Kraftmaid cabinet manufacturer "comp" certain items including toe kicks, crown molding, and floating shelves. The last item I asked to be comped to finalize the deal was a pair of pull out drawers for a corner piece. At the time of signing all the comped items were agreed to with exception of the two pull out drawers which they were able to get comped by kraftmaid. The cabinets came relatively quickly with a few trim items being damaged but cabinets in overall good shape. However, when they arrived none of the comped items came with them. I followed up with Lowes and they said those come separately...which doesn't make any sense but okay. They also said they would replace the damaged items and at this point I'm thinking awesome. Everything seems to be going well. Fast forward 5-6 weeks and I find out the only comped item that had been ordered was the corner piece pull outs. None of the other ones had been as part of the original deal. Had I not been frequently following up they never would have been. When I finally heard back they said kraftmaid agreed to comp the toe kicks and crown molding but couldn't comp the floating shelves as they hit their max comp and I would have to order those. No sir...that wasn't the deal that was sold to me. I pushed back and Lowe's says they are trying to get the floating shelves but that's been several weeks without follow up. Overall communication on their end is very sub par and I can never get a straight answer on timeline and what I should expect. If Lowe's disputes any of the above I'm happy to post my email history and written documentation of comped items. I am also still waiting on all my replacement parts which they assured me would arrive by 2/2 but one of those pieces had never been re-ordered. If you're a contractor working with Lowes would be awful. You'd be stuck following up on missing parts for months. Do not recommend. If Lowes sees this and can quickly resolve my outstanding issues without any more mistakes I'm happy to take this down. The order itself was fine but getting what Lowe's promised as part of the deal been an awful experience. Don't let them think you're getting a great deal either. Their products are way marked up and their regular discount just brings them in line with the Kraftmaid Vantage line carried by independent dealers and is considered superior. If they offer comped items really question them and get as much in writing as you can.

    On 1/28/26 i went shopping @ my Kirkwood,Mo. Lowe's store#0764. I had to pick up some furnace filters! When i went to check out i messed up on the self checking! A young man helped me, his name is: Michael. He calmed me down and assured me everything will be fine! He went out of his way to help me! I'm a regular customer! The Lowe's Survey Is Not Working! Had to use Google Reviews! Thank You! 2/3/26

    So-called store manager named Keith I believe that’s his name his vibe and attitude was not Lowe’s standards. I believe he needs to be re-trained with his customer service.

    Never dealing with their online order ever again. They charged me an extra$ 5700 twice.. and this is the third time this happens. When u call , no one has any idea what s going on and they ask me to call my credit card provider. Rip off

    They've lost my business over a set screw for my toilet paper holder. After 4 months of trying to tighten it, I discovered it was too short. They won't give me the correct size, replace it or my money back. I'm most angry about the time I've spent trying to fix it. A set screw would have been a better deal than a 1 star rating.
