Kansas City Installers and their crew are by far the best installation company we have ever used. They have done multiple projects for us and it is as good as using my own installation crew. They take care of everything for you as if your client was theirs. Here is an example, one of our manufacturers short shipped some electrical boxes they needed during the installation. Any other company would have called me to tell me the problem and then would have happily charged me extra money to make a return trip. Not here, Lindsey called the manufacturer directly, copied me on the correspondence and supplied all of the needed information. Its because of her quick action, the manufacturer was able to overnight the needed parts and they finished the install on time. This is just an example of the many things they do right. I will always use Kansas City Installers and wish other installation companies were half this good.
