- DSDonnie Spencer3 days ago1.0I received a $30 fine and a formal violation for leaving a fast food plate and carton in the entry bay. This could have been avoided if there were a single trash can inside the building. Currently, the only disposal option is a dumpster in the back that is frequently locked shut, despite the gazebo area often being strewn with overflowing garbage for days. The lack of basic facilities here is shocking. I recently used the restroom only to find no toilet paper. Since the office calls went straight to voicemail, I had to have a family member drive up to bring me wipes—only for them to be interrogated by staff upon arrival. To make matters worse, the restrooms are locked entirely once the office closes, leaving paying customers with no facilities at all. Meanwhile, the management shows total disregard for customer convenience. The Manager and staff park their personal vehicles in the drive-in entry bays, forcing paying customers to lug items across the parking lot while the actual office spots sit empty. It’s a "gotcha" culture where customers are fined for minor inconveniences while the staff ignores their own lack of maintenance and professionalism. I see the owner responds to reviews and feedback. I hope this insight and information will reach that person. A month at no charge and removal of all violations and the 30 fine. As I have personally removed debris from walkways, bagged trash not belonging to myself and disposed of it in the dark to the dumpster. This seems reasonable.
