  Purchased a concrete planter at Van Liews on Wednesday, it was delivered on Thursday. Delivery was scheduled for 10:00 AM. Associate called at 9:50, letting me know they were minutes away. At 10:00 sharp, delivery guys arrived! Unloaded, prepared location for placement and promptly set it in place. What great service and delightful associates! Terry Cooper

  Purchased a 7k Fountain in February of 2024 , only to lose it to possible poor installation ( apply silicone partially, as illustrated by the photos) in November . Our previous fountain lasted a weather tattered 15 years; without incident. The incident occurred during a unusually windy day where the tarp had managed to work its way loose. While loose, the string of the tarp wrapped itself around the mid- section of the fountain and before I could undo it , the entire structure collapsed to the ground . It only took minutes. I’ve never witnessed a 700+ pound structure succumb to Kansas City wind. The owner of the company took immediate offense when I called. I’m in sales and a small business owner and recognized this play immediately. Was this a act of God ? Not sure. My complaint is the owner’s unwillingness to help with anything . And when they requested another 1200 dollars to resolve the issue , my wife got on the phone to get quotes from competitors and was quoted half the price. The effort and care for customer satisfaction was poor and we cannot return. There are a there other options out there .

  Seen on Warnall today driving completely irresponsibly! Driving 15+ miles over the speed limit, tailgating everybody they get behind, and not putting their brakes on when they turn and whipping around corners at way too fast of speeds. then it only got worse once they got on the highway.

  Bought a birdbath from them less than a year ago and paid extra to have it stained. Went out to put water in it today and the bottom was full of cracks that you would see in a 50 year old birdbath. Called them up and they basically blamed me and offered to sell me a new one, stain extra, of course. No thanks. Never will buy from them again.
