Bought 2 major appliances, late September 2025. Delivery was late and left without leaving inside racks for the new oven. Made 4 calls to the store without a solution. Returned to the store after 5 days. Explained the problem to the Mgr, he insisted it was a Delivery problem and refused to listen and became irritated. After reading on his computer the history, he decided to correct the problem. I have been a Lowe's customer for 15 years....In My Opinion Customer Service Doesn't exist at Lowe's..

I was in there yesterday and while the guy near the register did help me find something, when I went to check out in the self checkout lane, he was 1 foot away from me, eyeballing my every move and breathing down my neck. Either check me out yourself or back away from me before I start yelling.

I was just at Lowe’s shopping and I had asked a young gentleman Ebeneezer for some help. He did a great job. Shortly after, his superior walked by (an older white man with grey hair and balding hairline) and Ebeneezer tried asking him a question when the man’s response was, “why are you asking me questions? I don’t want to hear your questions. I have things to do and don’t want to listen. I want to get out of here and go home. Ask questions tomorrow.” Then walked off. The man then proceeded to go to a different section and putting away items.
It was super disrespectful to this employee and unprofessional. If he doesn’t want to take the time to answer employers questions then why take the position? Demote yourself. This took place before 11am on 9/10/25. Store opens at 6am.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
