There's tons of employees and not a single one spoke to say hello or ask if I needed help. They had what I needed (USB-C charger) but next time I can buy it somewhere more friendly. Literally I had a confused lost look on my face and 4 to 5 different employees walked past me before I finally found the item myself.

They advertise military discount, bull I tried twice, denied both times with actual military ID , once the item was too expensive for them to give it and the second now I'm not in their system, screw the ID , looks like I'm going to home depot from now on

Lowest is very vast and large they have everything that home Depot has, but i perfer Home Depot little more. Because Home Depot offers a military discount to us. That served in the Military me and my brother Andrew both served me in the army and Andrew in the Air Force

Before today I would’ve given this place a 3.5 or so. I recently bought a house near this store and decided to go here rather than the Home Depot across the street because the store card offers discounts and cash back. I’ve bought tons of stuff here since buying the house and normally I’ve found it ok. The customer service can be pretty scarce but when found they are nice and helpful. Not always super knowledgeable but, hey, it’s a big box hardware store. They also don’t have what I’m looking for a lot and I have to either get it elsewhere or order a pick up and come back another day. Kind of a hassle but no biggie.
Today I went to buy a pricey item that was locked up. I didn’t see anyone so I pressed the help button. I waited what I figured was a sufficient amount of time to allow for the fact that it wasn’t noticed. Pressed again. Same. Pressed again. Same. Fed up I decided to leave and passed three employees on the way out. None asked if they could help. I had already decided to go to Home Depot so I didn’t bother asking. Absolutely unreal. I’m likely going to cancel that card and never shop here again. Home Depot is likely similar but they also have more things in stock. Just not worth the hassle. I know the response I’ll get from this review is the stock “sorry for whatever. We strive for customer service. Please call us so we can help…” yadda yadda. I already tried reaching out for help. In the store. With the button that says press for help. Why would I call your number to get a company answer about striving for excellence or some such nonsense. Probably has a lot to do with what they pay. Guessing it ain’t much and you’re not gonna get a lot of caring for not enough money.
