Purchasing anything and be able to return is nearly impossible. Do not expect to be able to get any sort of help out of service. Broken toilet seat out of the box and I was told it on is a bio hazard even though it was not installed. It was cracked out of the box

I ordered a water heater that I discover was crushed when I opened the box. I tried calling the store for assistance and was passed around to 5 different people who said they couldn't help, and then thrown into an infinite loop of ringing and ads. I even tried calling back and was put in the same loop. I finally gave up after an hour of getting no assistance.
