Ordered my sectional as shown in the showroom with custom fabric, couch arrived with incorrectly sized cushions and all they offered is a 5% discount or a return of everything except for the inserts, forcing me to lose $800 for an issue caused by them. Do your research before ordering, some sectionals come defective and they don’t admit it, they insist that you “signed” on the order and you’re stuck with it. If i knew my couch was going to look this cheap I wouldn’t have spent $3,000 I’m adding photos of what customer service sent me. They’ll show one couch in the showroom and sell you something else
