    On 5/14/2023 I bought a Weekender ll 15’ Round Tall Above Ground Pool Package DIY from Leslies in the amount of $1612.70 from my local Leslies Pool Store in Liberty Missouri. The address is 8668 NE Flintlock RD Kansas City MO 64157. The store representative was assistant manager Chel. She stated that there were sub-contractors available if needed. Unfortunately, your DIY pool is not going to work for us. We tried. We then reached out to try to find a sub-contractor from local stores and there is none available. Due to the lack of no sub-contractors in our area which we were told there were. How is it now fair we are stuck? To resolve the problem, I would appreciate a like a refund. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. I will wait until July 24th2023 before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or other assistance. I have reached out to the BBB and also FTC I have Left reviews on YELP, now review here. All local news channels. They are an embarrassment to local community businesses. Going to Consumer Affairs, Foursquare as well.

    Really bad experience at Leslie' in Liberty, mo location. Ive been in there twice. The last time which was this Sunday I was looking for a pump. She the Leslie employee didnt seem to know anything about pumps and when i found a pump that would work she didnt want to help me. Its has been the same person. She doesnt want to help or answer questions. Its close to my work and i would really like to use the store but I got really mad witb the last encounter.
