  Why be frustrated with a dull knife - and risk injury? AMBROSI will sharpen it for only $8 and have it ready for pickup in 24 hours. I just had them sharpen 7 high-end kitchen knives and, again, am very pleased with the results.

  Posting the days you're closed somewhere besides a sign on your front door would be very helpful for those of us traveling 40+ minutes to use your services. Facebook, Google maps, anywhere would be great.

  I took a couple of knives that were pretty worn and one that showed signs of abuse. When returned, all were very sharp and the abused knife, if you hadn't seen it before, you couldn't tell it had been abused. Highly recommend Ambrosi Bros. Cutlery Co.
