- SRsusan rossJan 7, 20261.0Horrible customer service, poorly made items. I ordered a decorative box from them and sent them photos and email on how the nails came out of box and gave the. Opportunity to resolve issue, they said they would call me back and never did and they will not answer phone. I spent $100 on this item. Very poor customer service. Photos show the nails are coming out of box and the one photo shows the nails is missing. The stuff is junk!
