- TRTammy Randolp3 days ago1.0Joplin mo Lowes, I would advise not to buy appliances or extended warranty!!!!! We purchased a maytag washer & dryer 7/2023 and paid extra for 3 warranty. The washer and dryer with warranty was not cheap. They are LOUSY at helping customers! Around 8/2025 washer quit working it would not lock to wash clothes, so 1st time we were able to get the service people to come and repair with extended warranty. Go 5 months later 1/2026 same thing happens again . The extended warranty service office tells my husband they can not find no record of of our warranty or that they came out and did the repair and will not sched for this 2nd repair. Contact Lowes where we purchased washer, dryer, and the 3 yr warranty in joplin mo. Husband goes up to store and speaks to manager that is over appliance service named TJ. "He said there is nothing they can do.He told my husband well washers only last 6 yrs". My husband replied back, you mean 3 yrs!!!!! . We are getting attorney to get this resolved and will post every where I can how Lowes is worthless. I will never shop at Lowes again and I will tell everyone I can about this...

They still treat us like crap. I can go to Neosho and do whatever I need get all my business then I can call up there give them my card and pay for whatever I need to get and send somebody to go get it here in Joplin. They absolutely refused to do that Literally standing they’re telling them when my employees come in to run my card for them and they still won’t do it just because I won’t give him a physical card because I don’t trust my employees with a physical card
