- SBShannon Brown3 days ago2.0Went there with a problem related to a water spigot and was helped by a kid who just did a Google search on his phone and didn't care whether I found what I needed or not. He looked for just a few seconds and then stated "I don't think we have it" and then walked off. He didn't even look or try. It would have been nice to have been met with somebody knowledgeable who could have either pointed me in the right direction or explained why they don't think they have it. I gave two stars because at least he stopped.

- KKKdubMar 6, 20262.0OTR: Follow Truck Route. NO Overnight parking onsite. No Parking on the side street. Gated facility. Open: Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm. FOLLOW scheduled appointment time. Busy location. Limited space, but manageable to maneuver. Only one way in and same exit to leave. Cannot turnaround, so must backup onto busy residential road to exit. Poor lighting at this location. The bathroom is available during business hours. Tandems to the rear. Pets allowed.

This time, like many others we needed lumber loaded and aside from the cashiere, who was a bit rude, he struggled trying to find someone to run a forklift. Apparently there is one person in each shift that is certified? Maybe, but getting help anymore is getting ridiculous. Not to mention how rude the workers are there. Store manager needs to step up big time as well as any on shift management. Carthage lowes has always been good. We'll just quit using the joplin location completely if thats how they want to run it.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
