I won’t ever shop at Lowe’s in Joplin again. They have the rudest people in the world there as much money as my company has spent at Lowe’s over the last few years. They still treat us like crap. I can go to Neosho and do whatever I need get all my business then I can call up there give them my card and pay for whatever I need to get and send somebody to go get it here in Joplin. They absolutely refused to do that Literally standing they’re telling them when my employees come in to run my card for them and they still won’t do it just because I won’t give him a physical card because I don’t trust my employees with a physical card

I replaced a piece of wood siding and needed some paint. The color was off slightly, so went back and Chris scanned the same sample I took in the first time and mixed it again. This time it was a perfect match and there was no charge for the second mix. Very happy with finished product.
