If you do not select this $3 upgrade, a key with jagged, loose metal will be given to you. I don't really know why deburring isn't included as a courtesy. I elected to save the $3 and to gently drag the key against concrete to remove the sharp metal shavings. I bought 4 keys altogether and paid $25.
