  WestCo provided a redesign and built of a drive through access on my property. The actual work was well done however the result was disappointing and less than what was described. The cost overrun ended at 63% Higher than estimated. Once a base design was worked out, the follow-up and oversight by management was only evidenced when a cost increase was needed to be accepted to complete the work. Good quality materials were used but no real regard was given to size and design desires of the customer. In essence the project was treated like a “cash cow” to keep profits and overhead covered. The tenant that “Right or Wrong, the Customer is King” was not considered here along with extremely poor oversight.

  I’ve used WestCo for many years for irrigation, weed control, and Christmas lights, and they’ve been fantastic every time. The irrigation system was set up and is maintained from the start of the season to winterizing. They’re professional with keeping my lawn healthy all season. Their weed treatments really made a difference, and I noticed the yard within days after application. . On top of that, their Christmas light service is excellent—beautiful design, safe installation, and they handled everything from start to finish. It saved me so much time and stress during the holidays. The team is reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality lawn care or holiday lighting.

  I can’t say enough great things about Mike, the crew, and the whole company. We just finished our second project with WestCo in 2 years. At our previous home, they built us a phenomenal 800 square foot paver patio with sitting walls, hardwired lighting built in, and a fire pit. They did all the landscaping as well. When we sold that house & bought our current home, we knew there was no one else we’d call for the job we wanted done. We had a driveway and sidewalk poured, the downspouts were buried and ran to the ditch, and all new landscaping that honors the history of our 115 year old home. Mike took great care to pick plants and flowers that would have been planted in 1910 when the home was built. We couldn’t be happier with WestCo, and we will absolutely use them for any future projects. And, they’re great with Christmas lights installation too!
