They said that they can’t cut our fabric because it was too much. There was absolutely no line whatsoever. They even had another table open for cutting but the lady “helping” us named Joey wouldn’t clear the table because then she would have to actually work instead of being a supervisor. Finally the table was cleared off for other customers and everything went decently smooth! But Joey was so rude about the whole deal and just didn’t want to do her job. Definitely need to work on customer service and priorities. Wouldn’t helping a customer buying a lot of goods from you be more important than stocking shelves? Not happy with how it was handled and how we were treated by staff.
