The greeter casually suggested I use a hand basket like it was as good as a cart! I am 64 yrs old and I do not appreciate any suggestion that I lug merchandise all over the huge store. Instead I waited for another customer's cart. What is ridiculous is that I could see that all the carts were either holding discounted merchandise or employees were using SHOPPING carts as STOCKING MERCHANDISE carts!!! Just because of that I would give (1) star. I actually was in the store to buy fabric. I certainly could NOT FIT FABRIC BOLTS IN A HANDHELD BASKET!!! BUT, the employee BRENDA in the fabric department was sooo very helpful and professional. SHE ALONE deserves (5) stars. Upon leaving the store the manager was near the registers so I told him that BRENDA IS AN ABSOLUTE GEM OF AN EMPLOYEE. I sincerely hope she & the gal who checked me out are treated as valuable assets of Hobby Lobby.
