I had a great experience at Lowe’s thanks to Stephen Sellaro. I was trying to find a fix for an air leak around my garage door and wasn’t sure what would work. Stephen took the time to help me find the right solution and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If you need assistance while shopping ask for Stephen, he’s a big help.

Worst customer service ever. Have used their chat service dozen times and even called directly several times to try and get help with a product. They keep opening a case to help, then close it, and same over again, without ever accomplishing anything, or even trying to reach out to me on a resolution, like they keep saying they will. Hope you don't ever need help with their customer service! Worse service ever!!!

Went in to order a washer and dryer because we were having issues with the website. Viola in the Appliance Department was absolutely the most customer oriented and professional associate that Lowe's could ask for. She encountered some issues within the internal system, but she went above and beyond to make sure our purchase was complete. The delivery team was also exceptional.

My fiancee and I went to the Lowe's in Independence Mo. We were looking for bird feed and squirrel feed. After wandering around and not finding it we asked a Lowe's employee , "Excuse me ,could u tell me where I can find the bird and squirrel feed,please?" Her response was," I don't believe in feeding birds and squirrels!" And then she turned around and walked away. Did not attempt to assist us in anyway. First, I didn't ask your personal opinion on anything I was trying to purchase but I guess since u don't feed the squirrels and birds u aren't gonna help anyone else feed them. Second, I wasn't asking for anything special,just for u to do your job. Help the customer find a product that your store sells. On top of that it was just plain rude!!! This was my first experience with Lowe's and it is my last!! I will continue going to Home Depot and supporting the smaller hardware stores. I really expected better

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
