    Viola is the most pleasant person I have met in a very long time, she was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to be kind not just to me but every single person around her. It was very obvious to me that her incredible attitude and work ethic required no effort, she is just an incredible person. I hope her efforts are recognized at Lowes, if not some company will see this persons incredible value.

    I went in there lost because I got no help at home depot. Even after going there twice. Until I ran into Dave, I think is the last name of the start of L or something. I explained to him, I issue, which was plumbing issue, and he actually had an answer. And told me what to do showed me the exact part what to get, and I went home and tried it, it wouldn't work. There's something else going on, I went back and he explained it and I went back and fixed it. I don't feel stupid anymore and I feel confident walking and not knowing anything knowing that I can get help. YouTube couldn't help this time, but Dave from Lowes did.

    I purchased a new 6.9 cubic foot freezer online. when I got there to pick it up, All was ready to go, they had someone bring it to the curb put it into the truck very friendly and quite prompt

    I ordered three total windows online. Two from the Independence store and one from the store on Stateline. Both Missouri stores. I picked up two windows from the Independence store and noticed as the associate was unloading the windows into my truck that it was damaged. The windows were charged to my account as soon as I left the store. I went back in to have the damaged window discounted. They asked me which window I would like to cancel and I told them one of the windows from their store because I still had a window to pick up from the Stateline store. I left thinking that everything was resolved and that I had paid for two windows. Not so. I went to the Stateline store to pick up my third and final window and they told me it had been cancelled and sent back. They told me that the refund would take a couple of days to hit my account. I waited the three days and called again. I was told it could take up to 7 business days to see the refund. I waited the seven days and returned to the Lowe’s on Stateline. This Lowe’s had a window that was my exact window size and that was not showing up in their stock. They would not give me the window that I had paid for so I had to buy a fourth window even though I did not need four windows. I was told to call corporate which I did that evening and was on the phone for an hour and a half. This was the only person that understood what had happened. The lady at corporate told me that the Independence store did not refund my money properly. She told me to wait 10 business days to see if my money showed up in my bank account. It never did. I called two days ago and spoke with a manager from the Independence store and he told me he would follow up with me once he looked into the issue. He never called back. I spoke with another manager this evening and he told me I would have to dispute the charge with my bank. I have spent two weeks trying to get $370 back from Lowe’s. I still paid for four windows and only got three windows ( I only needed 3). I am not impressed with the customer service at Lowe’s. I spoke primarily with managers and store managers and their customer service has been subpar. I have been solely responsible for Lowe’s mistake. If I could give less than 1 star on my review I would.

    Ana Gonzalez in the flooring department had a great attitude and stopped what she was doing to ask us if we needed help. She was very patient and did an amazing job at taking care of all our questions and was incredibly knowledgeable with each product. She got us an appointment for measurements very quickly and was efficient with giving information and getting information and putting it on the computer. Thank you for the quality experience, Ana!
