Staff are kind--this last December 2025 one staff member even gave me a free Christmas book upon checkout.

- LLLynnDec 13, 20251.0Terrible service. We sat in line over 10 minutes, moved between three different registers. Once we got to the front, the employee argued with me over the pricing for an item. She pulled it up online and didn't listen when I told her she had the wrong item, the dimensions were completely different. She would not listen to what I was saying and flat out refused to send one of the two employees standing up front doing nothing to check on prices in the aisle. We ended up leaving multiple items cause they rung up different and that employee would not assist us. There are employees standing up front chit chatting when the lines are 5+ deep, refusing to come up and assist employees on the registers, and ignoring when others were trying to get them to price check. By far the worst hobby lobby I've been to.
