    Haven't been here for 2 and 1/2 years. Walked in the doors at three different Lowe's's today. This one Absolutely! The rudest person ever and it was the manager she definitely could pick a different attitude!!

    I encountered significantly less satisfactory customer service at a different establishment. An employee named Angel was unable to assist me in determining the difference between the sale price of an item that occurred a few days after my purchase. She repeatedly stated, “I can’t do that,” as if she was unwilling to help. She indicated that the online sale price on Lowe’s.com could not be honored. I informed her that the price was the same in the appliance section, but she remained uncooperative. Subsequently, I requested a manager, who confirmed that the transaction could be processed by canceling the previous purchase and re-ringing it up. I was frustrated and left, as the refund was not worth the inconvenience due to the employee’s refusal to assist. I will not return to this establishment and will instead visit Home Depot or Lowe’s at Quincy. What happened to good customer service? This lady was opposite from customer service.

    I would give 0 stars if I could. First time I encountered an issue was when I was shopping for a washer and dryer set. Took over an hour to find someone willing to assist in the purchase as my wife and I already knew which ones we wanted. Took an additional hour or more to finish the purchase. The second issue I had is the one I am most unimpressed with. My wife placed an order online for a front house door with a storm door and chose to have them installed as Lowes offers that service with installation prices ranging from $130 to $400. The delivery and install process was confirmed to her for Tuesday the 27th. The doors were delivered on Tuesday but were left on our front deck outside. Wednesday she was repeatedly given a run around and finally was promised resolution. Thursday Lowes scheduled someone to come out Friday at 1 pm to take care of the issue. They never showed and upon calling the store to find out what's going on was hung up on multiple times without justification. I decided to call and was hung up on as well. When I finally got someone to not hang up they told me they would call me back. Instead they called my wife back and told her it would be over $700 to install the front door. I will not be going back to this Lowes location anymore if I go back to Lowes at all. I am not impressed with their incompetency and unprofessional behavior.
