Truly, she stayed late to accommodate a last minute load of items I needed to bring and off load into my unit. Then when we encountered an additional issue, of not being able to get into my unit, she again went out of her way and donated even more of her personal time, plus her labor, to help us resolve the issue and remove my previous dead bolt, which I had apparently lost my key for, as well as perform some modifications to the slide lock which was hung up on a snag, further hindering my ability to access my unit. She even incurred a minor skin abrasion in the process. The whole time, never did she lose her positive and friendly character. :-) I was getting frustrated just because, I dislike when my personal 'bad luck' inconveniences other's. But, Jamie was a delight with every new challenge which presented itself for us that evening. :-) I very much appreciate her helpful and accommodating nature. She Definitely goes above and beyond her "required" job duties. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
