Chuck provided awesome customer service throughout the entire project and Aaron's expertise during the build process was immeasurable. He even did his best to make himself available while going through a family medical emergency. The crew who laid the matting did an awesome job!!! Also the playground equipment is the very best. Our original Playworld playground is 13 years old and hasn't aged a bit. It is still in nearly perfect condition and hasn't faded at all. Our new Next Generation toddler playground is such a cute addition to our park and matches perfectly. We truly can't say enough about this company and their playground equipment. Great service, great communication. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help with a playground. I even dealt with the owner of the company the whole time. Kevin does great work!!

They made sure we knew exactly what we were getting, where it would go, and how it would work. 2. Timeline. We have a ton of play space usage during the week, and from start to finish we knew exactly how long the project would take. 3. Job done right. They were diligent in how they put the playgrounds up, the flooring we chose, and what to expect from the materials over time. There's no reason for us to look any further with any future needs. I'm going with NGR because I can count on them to do the project honestly, timely, and correctly the first time. Don't make the mistake of looking anywhere else!
