- TMTamoka MitchellApr 9, 20261.0I wish I could give Extra Storage a zero. I rent what I thought was a storage unit on 4/1/26 I didn’t attempt to move in the unit until 4/7/26. When the movers was ready to take my household goods to my suppose to have been unit, to my shock I found out that what I thought was a storage unit it was a parking spot. Can you imagine the frustration I had all ready with moving, but to find out this company had rented me a “Parking Space”! After all that I still had you rent two unit at another one of their facilities. I’ve yet to receive a refund or an apology. 13 hours of moving with professional movers.The mover thank GOD was patient and hard workers it was to amazing young men. I’m still frustrated and extremely disappointed. If I could move out of their facility without having to deal with the financial hardship and stress I promise you I would. But you see my “GOD” is in the blessing business and my blessings on the way. Thank for reading this far. Extremely disappointed and frustrated customer

The Bluetooth gate access with the app is super convenient, never had that before. The unit was clean and climate controlled, just like I hoped it would be. The lock and key worked seamlessly, no sticking so no jiggling necessary. Thank you!
