At one point, due to an unexpected financial situation, I wasn't able to pay my bill for 2 months. Extra Space Storage worked with me and made it possible for me to pay my bill in full, over an agreed period of time. Approximately 6 months later, I lost my job, making it impossible for me to pay my monthly bill. Joe, the manager, truly understood my dilemma. Therefore, he arranged a plan that not only enabled me to pay my 3 months delinquent bill, he also made it possible for me to escape foreclosure and associated fees. Listen... Times are hard! And, they are getting harder!! It's good to know that some business managers are very compassionate. Joe is one of those managers. Thanks again Joe for everything you did to help me through those trying times. You are truly a great asset to the business. Job well done!
