- KPKen Prockl6 days ago1.0I went in Lowes in Festus MO. This evening, to get a sheet of 3/4 inch plywood. I asked for help to get it. He refused to help me get it, it was only 1 sheet. I will be going across the hiway to Home Depot from now on, they lost me as a customer.

They always have what I need in stock. I usually go there at least once daily and I will continue to use this location even though I've moved. Another store is 3 miles closer to me now, but I will continue to use the Festus location. The dept's I use the most, Pro, paint, lumber I would recommend to anyone especially over any Home Depot.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
