Worst experience with a refrigerator purchase. Joe who sold the appliance was great. After install it's been a nightmare. The installers broke my water line and told me I had to deal with it. Literally left the water line in a bucket and told me I should get a bigger bucket. I went to the store and Joe gave me a water line. I had to have someone install it. Went back up to the store because my doors were not level and the one side slams shut on you. Dustin the assistant store manager said he would get someone out to fix it. The first time no one showed up. The second time they sent installers and they said it was missing pins. I went back up to the store to talk to Dustin and said he would order them and have them installed. It's been over two weeks and not heard a word. We called Lowe's home repair. They have no one in the area to fix it. How the hell are you going to sell an appliance with an extended warranty and no one is in the area? We are supposed to get a call in 48-72 hours. Im not holding my breath. Their commercials. Their ads are all garbage. They don't care and they are not there for you to help you resolve issues. Never will we buy an appliance there again! We will go to home Depot.
