Iv come here a few times for wood and never had issues with the wood itselfs. It’s the people who cut it. I asked about Masonite since I needed it for a project and they straight up told me they don’t cut Masonite becuase it’s too much of a hassle to change the blades out. Which is honestly ridiculous. If certain wood needs a certain blade than there should be multiple blades set up and not just one if it’s such a massive issue. I was going to ask what other woods similar to Masonite that they could cut but before I could even ask my question they told me “I already told you we don’t cut Masonite here.” The other staff is probably nicer but Everytime iv had someone cut me wood they just tend to always act like im inconveniencing them even though thats their job. The actual wood / items iv bought here are always nice though, iv never had issues with it. But always just mostly felt unwelcomed by the wood employees here.

Bought appliances and paid for delivery and installation. Salesman said delivery would give us a call with delivery time. Everything is by auto text. Gave us a time between 3 and 7. Rec'd text at 6:20 they were on the way and then that they had delivered. They did not show up. No calls or further texts. Virtual assistant and live chats were useless. Had to take off work. Called store and relayed to delivery service that just rescheduled it for another day without any concerns about our schedule or resolution. Extremely POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I came here around 7pm in need of wood stain, the paint counter was very busy and I was worried it would take awhile to get to my order. When I got to the counter Kathleen took the time to help me get the perfect product for my project, she was incredibly helpful when I could see she was quite busy.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
