Drove all the way out to purchase a kitchen appliance that was listed on lowes.com as being in stock at this location. I was told it was not in stock. A greasy salesman tried to convince me to spend 5x as much money on a different model was supposedly "better". I will not be coming back.

Apparently if you get the lowes protection plan they still dont acknowledge it, keep you on hold for 30 minutes, then tell you to call the manufacturer.
