  Had a great experience with this pest control company. They treated spiders in my rental home and the results were noticeable right away. Josh was professional, friendly, and really thorough. He explained what he was doing and made sure everything was covered. Highly recommend!

  Right hand doesn't know what left hand is doing. Frank told me all the fees were waived because I was former Blue Chip client. Billing department has another set of rules.

  Could not be happier with General Pest Services. I called in a bit of a panic about wasps around the back deck. They showed up same day, identified the nest, and handled it safely without any mess. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and checked the whole property to make sure nothing was missed. Pricing was fair, communication was clear, and the follow-up a week later was a nice touch. Five stars all the way.

  General Pest Services was outstanding from start to finish. Scheduling was quick, the tech arrived on time, and he actually took the time to explain what he was doing and why. We were dealing with ants in the kitchen and spiders in the garage. He treated both areas, sealed a couple of entry points, and gave us simple tips to keep things under control. The results were immediate and the house has been bug free ever since. Professional, respectful, and worth every penny.
