They let me upgrade to a larger unit after I realized I needed more space. There was some confusion (my fault) regarding the accessibility hours. I found myself locked out of the building, my unit unlocked and wide open, with two carts of boxes sitting in the parking lot. The support team managed to let me in after hours to get everything situated. This company really went above and beyond to make a stressful situation just a little easier to manage.

- TTTimJul 19, 20253.0When speaking to their customer service via telephone when inquiring about general information, they confirmed that they offer military/veteran discounts however when visiting the facility in Fenton, Mo and speaking to the building associate they only offer military discounts near a major military base and only at certain locations. They only offer it as well during Veterans Day or Armed Forces day. When we started the process of securing the storage unit at this location we initially asked about if customer service was correct about the discount and the building associate knew they did offer some kind of military discount but wasn’t fully sure and had to call several other locations to speak to a manager that could confirm if they did or not. Had we of not been already 80% through the paperwork under the assumption and expecting what customer service said and that they did in fact offer the discount we would have chosen a different company to go with. The associate did give us an $20 credit for the inconvenience but we kinda are stuck here for the month to just give it a shot and see if it’s worth staying or not as there are other options in our area that offer better pricing with or without a discounted rate. Be mindful that there are administrative fees and that online pricing requires 4 months of the quoted price upfront pre-paid in addition to admin fees to receive the special online only pricing. This location also doesn’t allow outside traditional storage locks and requires pop in locks that are available to be purchased there for $20.
