  This company is absolutely the BEST! I called and talked to Christy Wibbenmeyer about what we needed for our teenage adult sized autistic grandchild. She was very helpful and said she was going to talk this over with Dennis the professional installer about how to best provide a swingset that was tall and strong and safe enough to meet our needs. Within a week Dennis showed up and took care of us. He came even though it was cold windy and drizzly outside and made 2 different trips to get the supplies and tools he needed. Way past his time to get off work but he came anyway. Both Christie and Dennis were very helpful and the swingset is exactly what we needed. I highly recommend Bergfeld Recreation for all your playground needs!

  The Bergfeld Recreation company got right to us, even over the Christmas holiday. I have a 14-year-old daughter with autism. Though we do have an industrial type Swingset, she is so strong that she had continued to break it. She swings so high that if it were to break while she was up in the air, she could be terribly injured. So, I could not let her use it anymore because the Way that we were continuously trying to fix it, by tightening it back up, was not going to be able to keep her safe any longer. Dennis came out in the evening, and as it was getting dark, and getting ready to storm. He fixed My Daughter’s swing and I know this time it will be a permanent fix. He was extremely polite, professional and understanding of our situation. I am so relieved that she will be safe. I am so relieved that she can now get back onto her swing. Where, not only does she have the time of her life, but also obtains tons of sensory input that she needs to regulate herself. He would not even take a dime! I wish I could give more than five stars. I wish that he would have taken my money. I WISH that there were a lot more people out there like him! My Daughter is so happy and I can see her gratefulness through her laughter! Thank you, Bergfeld Recreation and THANK YOU, Dennis!!
