  We had such a great experience. The showroom and sales rep were very helpful for our decision. The installers were very nice and detail oriented - very experienced and assembled in 1 day. Our girls were so excited to see it when they got home from school. We are excited for all of the backyard fun and memories this playground will bring for our family.

  Writing to thank Christy for her time today. Bought a basketball goal from Dream Play in Chesterfield in 2013 and tried calling them to ask about relocation services. The Dream Play phone number redirects to Bergfeld Recreation, was transferred to Christy, and was told that their contractors will only work on basketball systems that they currently sell. Considering that, if they are truly contractors and not actual employees of Bergfeld, they would probably welcome the additional business and the friendly thing to do would be to provide me with a name or two that I could contact directly or take my name and number and have one of them reach out to me if they are interested in my business. Even if Bergfeld wanted to serve as a middle man and mark up the relocation quote, that would seem reasonable. Not exactly sure how gatekeeping these services benefits Bergfeld but I guess they have their reasons. Thank you again Christy and Bergfeld.

  If I could give 100 stars I would! Everyone was so helpful from start to finish. From looking at the models at the store front to having it installed. Dennis came on the agreed upon date in mid morning and had this done before my kids were home. He was friendly, helped me adjust where to put it and got it done in a timely manor and left no trash. Absolutely would recommend! Thank you!

  Christy and the team are fantastic. I picked up my Swing Set next day as expected. I should’ve opted for their delivery and install their installing delivery price is certainly a bargain. 10 out of 10 recommend.
