They sent out a tech to look at it and said he would let his boss know that we needed a new stove. 2 weeks later, we had to call and inquire as to what's next and they said the tech told them we needed an all new stove so instead of replacing the unit and giving an equal unit, they instead decide that we can have a new stove but they are going to charge us more on the monthly fee. What?! So they rent us a broken unit and to fix it, we have to be charged more? No. This is a horrible company with people who have no idea what they're doing. Aaron's and Rent-a-Center are wayyyyy better. Don't waste your money here.
