We opted not to repair the washer due to the cost and age of the washer, but will definitely use your service again when needed. I'm glad to know your business is there and very prompt with your appointments.
- JTJeffrey TurnerApr 10, 20261.0After having issues with my dishwasher which their technician was originally dispatched to my home to repair, he left out and in addition to my waterline to dishwasher not being repaired, he also damaged the water line to my refrigerator, and upon reaching out to simply inquire as to what may have happened, and what was done that not only did not repair my concern, but now us created an additional needed repair that he is responsible for, his response to me was “that’s what they charge, and there’s nothing he can do about the additional things that are now broken and not a sliver of integrity to accept responsibility or even offer a potential solution to my bow 2 problems that I paid over $350 dollars for. Just feel disrespected and kicked to the curb. Very poor way to represent your establishment to the public, I’m not angry, I’m completely blown away that this is how you treat customers who aren’t even being hostile, just expecting your trained technician to have a fraction of integrity for something he didn’t do, & then coincidentally made worse for me.
