    Honestly, I’ve had mediocre (at best) interactions with employees at the Columbia, MO location; however, we bought a fridge and range with the help of Abe and had the best experience. Abe is literally the best employee at a big box store whom I have ever encountered in my entire life. He was SO friendly (in a genuine way) and knowledgeable about the different brands. He was also honest about what we needed and didn’t need. The checkout time was record speed and was so smooth. I would hire Abe if I could. Lowe’s should do everything in their power to keep him, and he deserves a bonus for the way he treats customers.

    Fridge shipment weeks late. Appliance manager rude when I called to inquire and never called back. Told if I wanted to know about the status I should drive to the store and ask in person. Canceled the order.

    Return policy is inconsistent.,they are rude. New assistant manager is not nice and lies period about a return policy being over a year old. Lol.. NONSENSE. Purchase from a place that understands customer service. I returned a product to another store because they would not. Standard answer, we are sorry, call customer service. Joke 100 %

    So much inefficiency. No table/chairs to sit and look at the blinds sampler books. Went to check 3 of the sampler books out and nobody has/knows the code to do so, even the department head had no clue. Still standing here waiting to check them out

    Bought a Craftsman riding mower here and it's not even 2 years old the deck went to shit on it and they do not want to fix it they keep saying call craftsman the don't want to help this store is a shity store not happy
