  Matthew made the process of selecting, configuring, and purchasing our sectional so easy from start to finish! Our old sectional had lived its life and went through a lot with 3 kids plus pets. We really wanted our next purchase to be something of quality and design that would last a long time. I’d come across many recommendations for LoveSac on Reddit’s But It For Life community, so I was thrilled when I noticed a storefront open here in Columbia in June. On a whim, we went to check it out, we were so impressed with the design, the quality and engineering, Matthew’s service and expertise, as well LoveSac’s commitment to sustainability, longevity, customization and quality. After considering our options for several weeks, we placed our order and the whole set was delivered to our door in less than a week. As for the assembly process: It’s certainly a job, but it’s very much worth the effort! Matt advised us to make sure we were nourished, hydrated, and time set aside to focus on the task. For a 7 seat sectional, it took my husband and I three hours start to finish. We’ve had our sectional for almost a month, and we couldn’t be happier. It is spacious, comfortable, supportive, and beautiful. We have such peace of mind knowing the frame is of great quality that will last for decades, that the covers can be removed for cleaning or to change the color, and that the modular pieces can be reconfigured if our needs change. Lovesac provides quality seating with a lifetime approach, and that’s hard to come by these days. I cannot recommend it enough. Thank you again!

  Highly recommend Lovesac sectionals. We’ve had ours for a year and a half with much use, and it looks the same as it did when we first got it. We love the modular concept, so we can rearrange it when we move. We also love how we’ve been able to easily wash all the pieces. We recommend the standard fill as it’s firm and keeps its shape but also very comfortable. Lovesac is more expensive than other couches, but it’s worth it. Quality is excellent, and we’re very happy with our investment!

  Terrific buying experience! I had spent weeks trying to find a seating solution for an odd space in our new house. I finally discovered Lovesac online, where the reviews are stellar. Given the unreliability of online reviews, I was thrilled to find this showroom/store here in Columbia. There, I was able to confirm that the furniture is as comfortable and brilliantly designed as it appears online. Matt has encyclopedic knowledge of the products and great insights regarding how to fit Lovesac to our needs. We gained all the info we needed and bought with confidence. Our hopes are high that the soon delivered pieces match the showroom quality, and I'm pretty sure they will. I highly recommend a visit. A few enjoyable minutes may change how you think about and plan your home going forward. Hah, I sound like a bot, but I'm just really impressed and happy for my search to be successfully completed.
