The cashiers here move at a literal snail’s pace, I’ve never spent less than 30 minutes in line. I purchased 6 balls of yarn and the cashier struggled to count them, needing to recount several times. He spent nearly a minute folding my receipt instead of just handing it to me while the line was backed up into the aisles. It’s so slow that several people left their carts and walked out. They desperately need to improve their efficiency and staffing.

He complained about having been at work for 7 hours straight (in front of my husband who works 12-16 hour days doing manual labor.). We came back to the store today to do some last minute Christmas shopping and Deborah was our cashier. She didn’t even greet us, but my husband asked her how her day was anyway. She complained about how busy it was and didn’t have the courtesy to ask my husband how his day was in return. So rude and unprofessional. Teach your employees how to greet and speak to customers and NOT complain to them. It looks SO bad on the company.
