  May not want to shop here if you actually want to receive your furniture. We purchased our dining table during a labor day sale (mind you it is now almost Spring) and we got a great price during the sale. Unfortunately it's been 6 months with no dining table that we are making payments on. I get it things happen and manufacturer delays happen but 6 months? When they sold it to us it should have been communicated that it would be a VERY long time "it will take maybe a month." Ya right. Every time we call we get the run around that it will be here soon. I hate to give companies like wayfair my business but when it takes 6 months you can see why people stopped shopping in town because we had the same thing happen at Ashley with our couch. The salespeople are super friendly but the transparency on when and if you ever actually receive your product is what is questionable. I may change my rating when and if we ever get our table. -Chris and Stephanie Chauvin

  We were really happy with our experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome and comfortable exploring on our own. The sales clerk kindly waited for us to ask questions, which we truly appreciated. We found exactly what we wanted. When we asked for his help, we found him to be very kind, friendly, helpful, and thorough. We definitely look forward to shopping here again!

  Looked at some sets at a few places. Wife loved the Laz-y-Boy set we got from FR. They honored a competitive price even though it was somewhat mismarked, and even helped with a different color. Looking forward to its arrival!

  Stopped in to buy some dining chairs as a birthday gift for my brother. Let Ambrose, my sales representative, know the particulars of what I wanted. He showed me my options and was helpful with any questions I had. Ambrose made my experience welcoming, professional, and pleasantly brisk.

  What a great experience. Our salespersons name was Josh and he was very helpful finding out information and explaining all options in our choices so we could make the best decision. Walked us through finding a set to fit our price range and time-line of delivery to work with our schedule. Would highly recommend anyone to ask for Josh because he will dedicate all the time you need.
