    Trent was very helpful and patient. I had lots of questions. He answered them all. We bought the mattress he was showing us. It was on sale which was great. He gave us two free latex pillows to go with the bed, too. The fellows that bought it out for us today were also very helpful and even picked up the entire mattress so we could put a new dust mite cover on it. It would have been nearly impossible for us to get the cover on without them. When I opened the box with the new pillows to go, I discovered that they weren’t the same size. I called the store and Chase told me to keep the wrong size one and he’d FedEx a correct size one to us. I highly recommend this store. They have excellent service.

    Trent was very helpful, we loved his approach of checking-in off and on, but not hovering. We were able to take our time, not feel rushed, and he was quickly responsive for all our questions.

    Came to this location a few weeks ago, just starting the process of looking for potential mattresses that would be a suitable replacement for my current bed. Trent was very knowledgeable about all the products and didn’t apply any pressure to make a purchase. Went back to this location to compare final selections, and Trent was a big reason the final purchase was made of a new mattress and bases in-store versus online or with another business. Great service and looking forward to getting the new purchase!
