  When our washing machine died, the service people from Downtown Appliance came and did everything they could do to revive her, but alas, her time had come. After a brief mourning period Lauren helped us pick out a new one that was high quality AND in our price range. We will never forget our old washer, but the great circle of life continues with our new one. Detergent to detergent, suds to suds.

  My dishwasher was leaking. Went to Downtown Appliance and they were quick to assist me. Helped my find a new machine. The service installers were awesome. Young guys fun to talk to and they did a great job. Thank you Downtown Appliance

  Worked with Eric in sales and with service department when dishwasher stopped and dryer pulleys were screaming! Downtown Appliance was fabulous to work with in replacing our 19 year old dishwasher and fixing our 25 year old dryer! They sold us the dishwasher originally back in 2007. Really love the work and dedication to making everything perfect. Highly recommend!
