My daughter bought a refrigerator from this place. It quit working a month and a half after getting it.She lost all the food in the refrigerator and freezer. She called Lowe's they referred her to the manufacturer for the issue. The manufacturer sent someone out to fix it and the parts didn't fix the issue. And another week goes by still not fixed. And no working refrigerator. I called today to lowes to talk to the manager and they hang up on me before events talking to my. My son in law is a disabled vet. And I feel after paying 2000.00 for a refrigerator so.eone should make this right for my daughter and her family. I will make sure I tell everyone to not buy from any lowes.

I’ve been looking for a Halloween decoration and it was out of stock locally. I called the Chillicothe Lowe’s looking for it. Megan answered the phone and was super amazing and helpful. Her system kicked out when trying to process the transaction and she still was very polite. It’s very hard to find store associates that enjoy their job and willingly to help.
