  Alec C. Did an amazing job reconnecting my sprinkler system. Checked all sprinkler heads and made sure all were pointed in the correct direction and adjusted if needed. Tidied up at power source. Made clean and neat. Love people who take pride in their work. Thank you Alec!

  Don came by and did great work today! He diagnosed the issues quickly. He then worked through each problem until all were resolved. Very happy with his dedication to not only tracking down the problems, but ultimately fixing them. Don was very professional, thorough and went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved.

  I want to start by saying their installation work was actually very good. The system itself was installed cleanly and professionally. Unfortunately, the problems started with the service afterward. The first year they came out to turn the system back on, I got home and noticed water dripping from the backflow. They sent a technician out who said he cleaned it and that everything was good to go. I got home later that same day and it was still dripping. At that point they told me they would send out their “seasoned” technician. He pulled it apart and claimed a component inside had warped and was no longer sealing properly, and that I would need to pay to have it replaced. Their explanation was that the system had frozen because one day in October briefly dropped to 32°F, which supposedly warped the seal. I’ve been an HVAC technician for over 20 years, and that explanation simply doesn’t make sense. For something like that to happen, you would need significantly colder temperatures for a sustained period of time — closer to 20°F for several hours — not a brief dip to 32°F. It felt like they were hoping I wouldn’t know any better. To make matters worse, they also tried to charge me for the third technician’s visit. Good installation work is only half the job. Service, accountability, and standing behind your work are the other half. Unfortunately, that’s where this experience fell apart. If you’re hoping they’ll take responsibility when something doesn’t add up, I wouldn’t hold your breath. They could've had this resolved in 30 minutes and kept me as a customer forever. 7 years later it still drips, lol.
