If you are paying cash dont bother going! They would not let me buy my items with cash because they were not accepting cash. Only told me after ringing me up and I had cash in hand. So I had to leave with out the item i really needed for the night..

i truly have never had as much of an issue and such disappointment and frustration as i have with Lowes. First we bought a dishwasher, we stood there for nearly an hour before being helped, that dishwasher was delivered, first installer came, didnt even do anything, said “its not gonna fit” and left. he took said dishwasher with him and when we went to the store that night it was a 3 day process to get an exchange. we were then told we were required to buy an ADA compliant dishwasher which was an additional $300, and it would take 4+ weeks to be delivered. when it got delivered to our house we called to schedule our install (because we paid for the $200 haul away, removal, and installation) and APPARENTLY that wasnt carried over so i had to go BACK to the store and repurchase it. we then had a second installer come out (we didnt even schedule this lowes proceeded without letting us know) we were not warned this guy was coming and called me 4 times at 7 am “im outside your house” with no warning. he came inside and how shocked were we when he said “theres nothing i can do , its built in”, so then we had to remove our own dishwasher and haul it away because the installer wouldnt do anything about it, and no, we didnt get a refund for the $200 haul away and removal service even though we did it on our own. after all of this, the 3rd installer came, said we 100% couldve fit the FIRST dishwasher in the area. so now we have too small of a dishwasher in our kitchen now and its sitting about 5 inches off the ground. i will never be purchasing from lowes again and any chance i can will warn people to not use Lowes for any appliances.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
