    Charles and Anthony were extremely helpful and due to their customer service I was able to save substantially on my project. I’m now a Lowe’s guy for the foreseeable future.

    Do not purchase/install any doors installed from this company. My elderly mother spent several thousand dollars purchasing a door with installation six months ago. The first time the installer said he couldn’t install by himself. The next Time the installer removed the original door, damaging the frame. This has left a gap in her door.Then found that the door delivered was damaged. The third time the installer came to the house and had to go back to the store to get the door…. Which was also damaged. She actually went to the store trying to get this fixed. There is no doubt they took advantage of her because of her age. We intervened and after several attempts received a refund after she paid in full almost 6 months ago. They have done nothing to compensate her for the damaged door frame and lost interest on cash. Stay away from this store, they take advantage of people

    Called today chesterfield location and the guy rudely cut me off multiple times refused to answer I hope management shows this and have some power to do about this I will call back in few days and see if they have done something about it

    I am writing to formally report a serious safety incident and a subsequent negative experience at your Chesterfield, MO store. I recently purchased a DEWALT 80,000-BTU Forced Air Outdoor Kerosene Heater. Upon use, the unit malfunctioned dangerously, discharging diesel fuel and creating a significant fire hazard. Fortunately, I was able to prevent a fire in the customer's garage. When I attempted to return this defective and hazardous item, the Store Manager refused the return. Furthermore, I found the manager’s conduct and professional appearance to be entirely unacceptable, i.e. he was wearing a sweat outfit and below the standards I expect from Lowe's, especially compared to the other Missouri locations I frequently patronize. Given the dangerous nature of the product defect and the poor level of service received, I request a full refund and an investigation into this matter. I look forward to your prompt response regarding this safety concern. 1-22-26 Update.... I called back at Lowe's request and nothing. They acted like I never called about the matter. Clearly AI generated the reply from Lowes to my review. 1-23-26 Update ....Called the Lowes customer Service number and again they said they could nothing for the issue at hand. The Store Manager who over sees all returns and he said it will not be refunded. So I'm glad I documented everything accordingly and also glad I left the heater at the store refunded or not.
