  I saw this was a woman-owned, family business and took a chance. I am impressed! They were immediately efficient in scheduling an appointment, and their online communication and tracking system is so helpful. Nate knew exactly what was needed to repair my washer, and got it done in a 2nd visit. I'll never use another company for appliance repair.

  Terrible service and communication. The technician never found the huge amount of lint packed under the lint holder - in four visits where he changed fuses over a month - which was pushing the heat up to the sensor. Next time take the cover off please. Also, super rude to never talk to me and race out of my house. The last time he saw me pull in and raced away - in his fourth visit to my house. I was trying to say, you haven’t figured out what’s going on. He wouldn’t run the dryer after his fix - the first load we would do after he left - it failed and was cold. Here’s the lint he missed - under the lint trap. I do t think he looked very hard. It’s not relaxing to have him not talking to you with a disdainful attitude. Next time take the cover off please. I called your 800 number two different times to try to catch him and complained about this - zero response or change. I got my old place to come fix it - use all American appliance. Don’t click the wrong link like I did.

  My 2 yr old Maytag washer stopped draining the wash water and later the door latch wouldn't open. It was under warranty. The first company that came to repair it, replaced several parts over multiple visits but was unable to make it complete a cycle. By this time we had been without a washer for over a month. The warranty company sent Andy's Appliance Repair for a second opinion. Andy's sent Joshua Mulvany to repair the washer. He was very knowledgable, friendly and thorough. He wasn't going to give up and diagnosed the problem which was a broken wire concealed by the plastic wire covering. He also discovered a broken wire in the door latch. We have gone through 4 wash cycles now and it worked everytime. What a relief! Thanks Joshua and Andy's Appliance. Connie

  Company came out to my home to look at My washer and stated the legs were not down. I informed them that there was an issue with the impeller, which caused my load washer to shake uncontrollably. Charged me over almost $200 for nothing. Called them back and the technician still stated he could not find an issue. I requested a refund and company ignored my issue. Horrible Business
