You are better off to drive to Joplin or Carthage. Especially if you need to go to the garden center, I have only left frustrated the last two times I attempted.

I was traveling in SW Missouri for work from the St. Louis area. I was desperately trying to locate a patio table in stock that I had to order but it ended up going on backorder. I couldn’t find any locations near home that had one, but Carthage, Missouri had one in stock! My next problem was if it was going to fit in my SUV or not. The Customer Service desk was helpful and let borrow a tape measure to check. Two gentlemen helped me try to load it into my SUV; however, it became apparent that the box just would not fit. We ended up being able to squeeze it in after taking it out of the packaging. Stacie, Saul, Adolfo, and Cortney restored my faith in superior customer service. I usually experience little to no customer service after spending lots of money at Lowe’s. These individuals were absolutely terrific in helping me achieve my goal. I am absolutely grateful for their patience and assistance. This team could serve as a model for customer service!

I visit this location today had an excellent experience I had a little situation and I end up talking to a manager I believe his name was Carter and another employee JC was with him as well but I had a little situation car to work it out very professional great customer service skills not once get irritated more frustrated because when I first started talking to him I was a little irate but he kept his cool at the end he still worked it out for me and I appreciate everything if you ever have a problem morning shift for you at this location ask for Carter

This was sunday 3/22/26 went to lowes as the had a buy 3 get 3 free offer no price mentioned at all just flat buy 3 get 3. Wife said o there $2.24 a bag online it says $4.48 on the shelf. Asked a lawn and garden lady she said they will price match the $2.24. Went to ring out rang up at $2.24 but didnt do the free bags. Cashier goes yeah thay should still apply. She called a manager (dale or Dell) he was rude and not pleasant. Walked up said there $2.24 thats half price no free. I said but thats what the sign said and thats the online price. He said dont care no free and walked away. Didn't want to hear anything or even look. The cashier apologized and was very nice the manager horrible. And worthless at customer service he already knew apparently as there where several talking about him and lowes on the Facebook page already for lowes.
