  First off would like to say this has nothing to do with the products and everything to do with the staff. I have spent a considerable amount of money with the company and I have had nothing but problems with the ladies that work at the front and check you out. Mainly the sales associate Katie I believe it is at least that's what it says on my receipt. I came in and bought a couple pallets of retaining wall blocks and the charged me $25 a pallet for a pallet deposit which is pretty standard. I always pay cash. I come back to return the 3 pallets ($75), I have my receipt that shows I paid cash and she asks me if I have the card I purchased it on and I tell her I paid cash and it is on the receipt. She then looks and says she can't/won't give me cash back, "because they havn't taken any cash payments that day, which is weird because for a store this size with two- three registers how would they give change if somebody paid with cash. I said that I paid with cash I have my receipt showing I paid with cash and she then says "well you can drive back there load up your pallets and leave then"! I said this does not make any sense and that she doesn't have to be so rude when all I'm asking for is what I paid with. I ask if they can write me a check then and they said that was not possible and all they can do is put it on a card. So I'm forced to put it on a card, after she does the transaction I ask how long will this take to get on the card and she said at least 3-5 business days (not informing me of this until after the transaction was done).Katie has been nothing but rude to my crew and I every single time I have been in there. This is just the first time I've said anything. 10/10 do not recommend this place unless you absolutely have to go here. The other lady at the front is usually pretty nice but Katie needs more than just some customer service training. I would be appalled if this was my business and this is how it was being ran. What a joke

  Wonderful company tons of products and a totally awesome staff. If you need backyard/outdoor supplies this is your place.

  I went to pick up some gravel and the office tells me to drive on to the scales then wait out in the yard by the gravel and they would have someone load my truck. Half an hour later I drive back up to the office the doors are locked and everyone had gone home
